a decent stay
great location helpful staff many restaurants small bathroom noisy neighborhood single plug
the location is great. it's near the termini station. many restaurants are right on the street. the staff was accommodating and helpful, especially when i asked for tea and coffee because i missed breakfast one day.
my bathroom was small. the neighborhood got noisy at times. there was only one plug in my room. i couldn't find a fridge.

great location friendly staff luggage storage towel replacement small shower broken safety box
The location was great, near the train station. The staff were friendly. The hotel allowed me to store my luggage. Breakfast at the nearby diner was very nice, it was in a coffee shop.
No towels were replaced . The shower area was very small. The safety box was broken. It could not be locked.

convenient location daily cleaning secure storage
the location was very convenient (i walked everywhere!). it was close to public transportation. they cleaned the room daily. also, i appreciated having a secure storage room for luggage.
The walls were quite thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

excellent location dining options helpful staff secure storage
The location is excellent, just a short walk to Termini station, a major benefit (especially for early departures). I found several restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful with directions and provided a useful map. I appreciated the option to store my luggage securely after checkout.
The sound insulation wasn't great, and I could hear some street noise at night.
