the room felt quite cramped (especially with luggage). finding space for our suitcases proved tricky. i ended up stacking chairs just to get to the closet, but then i couldn't reach the hangers. the closet also lacked shelves.

the location is quite convenient. i could walk to most major sightseeing points pretty easily. also, the staff seemed very cute and always happy to help with directions and other queries.

The room was not very spacious. i had some trouble finding space for my suitcase and accessing my belongings. i also noticed noise at night. My room faced a busy street with quite a bit of traffic.

i stayed at the hotel for several nights and found the service excellent. the staff assisted with early check-in. they also stored my luggage securely prior to check-in. jade helped arrange a taxi upon my departure and it was very punctual.

the setup of the room was a little unusual with the bathroom and shower being in separate areas. it wasn't a huge problem, but it took some getting used to initially.

The staff were friendly. the location was central, close to main attractions, for example colosseum. the room was spotlessly clean. i also appreciated the good sound-proofing. It definitely helped with street noise.
