The staff seemed nice and professional. The room size was acceptable.
I could hear everything in the next room. The walls are just TOO thin. Showers next door sounded like they were happening in my own room.

Staff was helpful, . I booked last minute after a host cancelled my accommodation. The room provided everything and more. The hotel maintained high cleanliness, which I found fantastic. Breakfast options were varied, a total win! I enjoyed this hotel and its great breakfast.

The buffet dinners and breakfasts presented many choices that everyone in my family liked. A staff member, Mr Mota, even gave wine suggestions during dinner, that really helped. I was really happy.

The reception staff helped me prepare documents for a meeting. Ms. Beatriz and Mr Sergio were helpful with the documents. Their assistance made the meeting successful and I really appreciated all the help.

I found the breakfast excellent, offering great variety. the staff were well-trained. they managed everything effectively and kept the environment clean. the location provided easy access to many restaurants. i also appreciated how quiet the room was. It was a lovely experience. transport to the airport was arranged efficiently by the front desk staff.
The parking garage was a bit tight. It was somewhat difficult to find parking late in the day.
