I appreciated a lot the breakfast. Tiny crafted cakes was delicious with very high quality meats. Cheeses and quiche and salad was good too. Orange juice looked like it has been freshly squeezed. The staff knowed my name and were super friendly and courteous. They exuded a pride in theire hotel.

The rooms are very small and there is little space for luggage. I has only one luggage rack. The shower in my room was missing a door so water would spray all over the floor. There was no balcony even the website showed one.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I received a welcome glass of wine upon arrival (a nice touch!). They provided clear directions for local attractions and transportation. The hotel packed a breakfast to go for my early flight. It included juice, pastries, and fresh pastel de nata.

Cabs cannot directly access the door. It requires a short walk.

the location was super central. it was only a few minutes walk to the metro station. a reasonable transfer to the airport! i had easy walking distance to most spots i wanted to see. i even received a complimentary wine bottle which was such a nice touch!

i didn't like that there was no direct car access to the front door! this made getting taxis a bit of a walk. next time i want them to sort this out!
