Excellent Stay in a Great Location

friendly staff quick check-in easy access comfortable bed
I appreciated the friendly staff. Check-in was quick. The location is really GREAT with easy access to many attractions. The bed was very comfortable, a definite plus. I also found complimentary coffee in the room. It was convenient.
I will say that there were many stairs and no elevator. It was a climb to the upper floors. THIS was my only issue.

The room featured effective air conditioning and provided a comfortable temperature throughout my visit. Complimentary water bottles were supplied daily, an amenity I found quite useful, especially after long days. The design was modern and the room was well-kept.

Charming stay!

lovely staff easy check-in central location
The staff was SO lovely and helpful! Check-in was quite easy. The room was well-equipped and the location was central. I could walk everywhere. The room smelled nice.
The noise from the vibrant nightlife area was noticeable, even with closed windows. It continued until about 3 am. the floors and stairs were wooden, so I could hear everyone arriving to their rooms in the early hours.

The breakfast was tasty with various pastry options available. There was a LOT to choose from. The breakfast area was clean and well kept. The staff constantly refilled items.

The staff was REALLY friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed us to store luggage overnight when we visited Sintra. I found the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were so patient and accommodating!

complimentary drinks awesome breakfast cute staff
I really appreciated the complimentary drinks upon arrival. That was a great touch. The breakfast was fantastic, offering super options of great quality. The staff were cute, I was grateful for that.
The stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage, considering there is no elevator.

excellent stay

clean room comfortable room effective windows
the room was very very comfy and tidy. the air conditioning worked amazingly well during hot days. the windows effectively blocked noise from the street outside.
the absence of an elevator was inconvenient. carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was difficult. this could be problematic with mobility issues.

The location was very central. It was easy to access many attractions. Staff helped with complimentary beer during my wait at check in. I found the building nicely rehabbed.
My room was not spacious. There was no elevator for the 5th floor. I had to carry my luggage up many stairs. The stairs were a challenge.
