the staff were really helpful and the internet was good and reliable, crucial for my work.
The room was noisy. I could hear everything from people taking showers to toilets flushing all night. it made sleep nearly impossible. the soundproofing is just awful!!!

clean room cute balcony friendly staff
the room was very clean and spacious it had a cute balcony overlooking the main avenue. i found the location good it was on a main street right on the subway line. the staff was very friendly and eager to assist.
the breakfast quality did not quite meet my expectations.

metro proximity helpful staff spacious room fresh fruit
The hotel sits wonderfully near the metro. It meant quick trips. the staff smiled! they helped with every question we had. our twin room was big enough for us. the breakfast buffet shone with fresh fruit.
only the elevator felt a little slow sometimes. i wished it was faster.

The hotel stands conveniently close to metro stations and the tram 28 stop, these are less than 300 meters away, offering very quick access to various parts of the city. The neighborhood not sketchy at all during both day and night.

The reception works around the clock, offering constant support with a friendly smile. The team seems dedicated, assisting with travel programs. They were helpful, always ready with solutions for every need or problem we had.

Our modern room featured everything needed for a comfortable stay. the room's air conditioning worked reliably and the free wi-fi never wavered. It also provided a kettle! so we could drink some tea. Everything looked immaculate.

The hotel is clean. The room was also updated. Breakfast included many options to suit varied tastes.
The room felt minimalistic. There was no milk for coffee. The manager seemed to ignore client requests.

The room was very clean, complete with a pleasant interior. Breakfast offered a lovely spread. I found the bed quite comfy. It provided a good night's sleep. The staff was very helpful, always smiling and ready to assist.
One morning, I experienced a lack of hot water around 09:00 with no warning. I inquired at the front desk and learned it was for maintenance. I felt prior notification would have been appropriate for a basic service disruption.

metro stations rooftop terrace
the location was near two metro stations! made getting around easy. the rooftop terrace was open 24 hours . I could easily reach both intendente and anjos stations. this accessibility added to the convenience.
the hotel bar had very little stock, it was slightly disappointing.
