The staff were polite and professional.
One pillowcase had stains. The headboard was dusty. Opening the window stirred dust into the bed. The breakfast selection seemed subpar for a 4-star hotel in that location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. they assisted me with directions. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety. I found fresh pastries. the hotel restaurant provided delicious food. i especially liked the local dishes i tried.
the room faced a courtyard and had limited natural light. i would have preferred a brighter room

i found the breakfast buffet quite good, with a wide selection of fresh fruit. the location is central yet quiet, walkable to the main squares. the room was super clean, i also enjoyed the enormous comfortable bed.

the location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the wi-fi was unreliable , disconnecting frequently , and it impacted my ability to work remotely. the breakfast service was slow , forcing me to wait despite available seating. there were at least five minutes of delay before i was seated.
