The location made it easy to explore key areas. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who were always available. The room was also very clean, a big plus for me.

The breakfast buffet featured various options (I enjoyed the fresh pastries!). The hotel provided convenient access to public transport. I found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations.
The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours, resulting in brief waits.

the air conditioning barely worked. i could not get the room temperature down. also, the bathroom was tiny and the shower was very small.

weak coffee inadequate outlets
The breakfast was nothing to write home about, I must say. The coffee tasted more like hot water than actual coffee, a major disappointment first thing in the morning. finding enough free electrical outlets in the room became a daily treasure hunt. Charging my devices required some unplugging and rearranging, not the most convenient arrangement at all.

The location was very convenient. It made exploring quite easy. The staff were attentive, ALWAYS ready to assist with directions. The room had a fridge, helpful for storing snacks. The shower had good water pressure.
The room size was small. Two people with luggage might struggle. The breakfast lacked variety. It was the same each day. The city tax seemed high. It added to the overall cost.
