i enjoyed the breakfast. it was expansive and tasty. the dining room included a lovely transition into the day. staff was very helpful and left me a welcome gift of pastries with a welcome note. i felt appreciated.
i expected more from a hotel of this star range. i have a service dog, and a few receptionists looked down at me.

the tap air portugal personnel booked this hotel for me. i found a very cozy bar with excellent service. the staff were cute and helpful. the hotel was clean and well kept. i was grateful for the experience.
The key never worked correctly. I needed to reprogram it every time i entered. this was an inconvenience.
