The location was great! it was easy to walk to many places. the staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. They gave good advice. breakfast had a decent variety. i liked the fresh fruit selection, it was very good.

the elevator made some strange noises. it felt a bit old. the room faced the street. there was some noise even with the windows closed. the shower drain was slow, water pooled a bit.

my room included daily replacement of bottled water that was a nice touch the breakfast selection had good fruit meats and breads i found the location to be excellent central to the plaza with nearby restaurants and shops

window isolation was poor so street noise was noticeable

fantastic stay with superb service

helpful staff amazing breakfast excellent tour

the staff were helpful. the breakfast was amazing (especially the pastries!). i was actually surprised by an upgrade to a top-level room, granting me the best view of the square and castle. i really appreciated the front desk staff, who recommended and set up an excellent day tour.

the street noise was very loud, even with the windows closed.
