The staff was amazingly helpful. they changed our room to a larger one. We needed more space after adding a child. the room was more comfortable this way. the staff were very patient. I appreciated that.

there were not enough towels for a couple. i requested one bed. we had two singles, and everything at the hotel was fully booked, besides the gym. it wasn't really worth the money we paid.

The staff was helpful with local attractions. The location provided perfect access to the beach, train, and buses to Lisbon. I found free car parking to be a bonus, so very grateful. A breakfast manager were very good too accommodate guests.

My room did not have a mirror! That was strange because room lighting was very dark. I noticed no tissues were available. There also was nothing in the bathroom. Body lotion was not present, a shame.
