I find a modern style in the hotel. The room includes all facilities needed and appears very spacious. The price point reflects quality and comfort. The location is very good, just on Avenida da Liberdade. I walk to the city center fast, only about 15 minutes.

There are no irons in the room, I require one for my clothes. Staff do not have great knowledge of English. Communication was therefore difficult. I would consider providing irons in rooms to make guest stays better.

The staff provides assistance with directions, showing attentiveness to the guest needs. The staff delivered quick room service and accommodated requests efficiently. Front desk provides support 24/7.

the staff was friendly and helpful . my room was very clean upon arrival. the location was good with easy access to public transportation.

The check-in process was slow and not particularly cute. my room was tiny. It had very little space. breakfast was not good, and the room was hot and cramped.
