missing drawersabsent kettle
My stay presented some issues. the room lacked basic storage. There were no drawers or shelves for clothing, only hangers. the absence of a kettle meant i could not make tea. it would be nice to see these amenities added .

The room was modern and super clean. It was cleaned each day, and towels and sheets were changed daily. The staff was kind and helpful. They answered all my questions! Breakfast was also really great. I ate so much.

the breakfast was ample! there was plenty of choice. the bus and taxi service i used to get into the city this time were very good. we have stayed here before.
The workers didn't changed the bedsheets from the previous visitors but it was setup like as if changed. after reclaiming they did. It was a big disappointment for us and very unprofessional. bathroom stinks, it was not a pleasant experience! they don't have any water boiler in room.

Acceptable Hotel Experience

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our car in the garage even after checkout, so we could finish our sightseeing. The location was also great. It was very clean and restful (which I appreciated after long days).
The workers did not change the bedsheets from the previous visitors initially. It looked like they were changed, but they weren't. I had to ask them to change the bedsheets. This was a big disappointment for me.
