Amazing Experience!
helpful staff clean room coffee machine
We returned after exploring the region. The staff was helpful and I loved it! Our room was clean, I thought it was great. I enjoyed the coffee machine. Also I found a welcome gift, I was very excited.
The hot water wasn't consistent, it was inconvenient! The receptionist took a bit to resolve this issue. I wish they could fix it faster!

The hotel is near public transport links, it made getting around easy. The area has many shops. A variety of restaurants are also within a short walk, they are close.

The reception operates 24 hours, that's very useful. Staff members were generally attentive and addressed concerns quickly! I appreciate that a lot, and would recommend.

Our double room had comfortable beds. The bathroom included free toiletries, they are of good quality. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean. It was very nice, and I was very satisfied!

modern area friendly staff
The staff provided flavored water in reception. Breakfast included lots of fruit. The breakfast area is very modern. Staff members were very friendly.

My room included a guitar image on the wall. It looked excellent especially when the lights turned on. The breakfast was nice. I walked from the hotel to the nearest metro in about ten minutes.
The restaurant felt too dark. It didn't have windows and was like a dungeon.

the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. i found the breakfast selection to be lovely. friendly staff provided helpful information and directions. the rooftop bar provided city views.
the hotel's decoration was generally dark.
