The reception staff were super friendly and helpful! They offered great local restaurant recommendations. One receptionist, Sofia, even were pretty good by arranging the return of a forgotten phone! The breakfast had a good variety. I could eat in the restaurant or at the outdoor lounge.

The shower required entry to close the toilet door. There was no place to hang a towel or put toiletries. The pillows were not great.

The hotel has nice facilities that cater to guest comfort and convenience. Daily room cleaning is provided and fresh towels are available. there is a special room for luggage storage when guests have late flights. The team at reception is helpful!!!

the location was easy to find the staff helped me leave my bags until my room was ready i arrived a few hours before check-in time the staff were also friendly and provided helpful information

the room seemed like a box it was small for the price i paid staying there for three nights i also noticed hair in the bathroom that i didn't like the receptionist insisted i pay in exact cash early in the morning he made it weird when i offered a larger bill

the location was fantastic! there were many restaurants nearby (i enjoyed trying different cuisines). the staff were very kind, especially the receptionist.

I found the breakfast to be very minimal. the options were limited, and the quality wasn't great. i also overheard someone from the kitchen shouting at another person. It wasn't very pleasant (it definitely impacted the atmosphere).

My room was quite small. the shower door did not close completely. This was a bit inconvenient. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms (thin walls i think).
