the location was fantastic! there were many restaurants nearby (i enjoyed trying different cuisines). the staff were very kind, especially the receptionist.

I found the breakfast to be very minimal. the options were limited, and the quality wasn't great. i also overheard someone from the kitchen shouting at another person. It wasn't very pleasant (it definitely impacted the atmosphere).

Sophia provided really good service, she was attentive. The room was super clean. Cleaning occurred daily. The location near the metro simplified travel throughout the city.

Sound insulation could improve. Noises from adjacent rooms were occasionally audible.

The location was quite convenient (i found it easy to get around). i appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. the breakfast included a variety of choices.

My room was quite small. the shower door did not close completely. This was a bit inconvenient. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms (thin walls i think).
