the elevator seemed ridiculously slow. it looked it could only carry 1 person at a time. the pictures on the website were misleading too. the pictures showed features not present in all rooms.

the staff provided helpful advice on leaving my trolley case at a sister hotel. they also booked a cab to the bus station for me. i was given a double bed in my single room, which i didn't expect. the location was perfect!

the elevator was ridiculously slow, and it seemed like it could only carry one person at a time. this became a bit inconvenient when i had luggage. i hope they can improve this soon.

The location was great. Everything was clean and the staff was amazing.

The room felt small and noisy. THE elevator was scary, it felt very small. Breakfast was poor. It lacked variety. I was definitely disappointed with this aspect of the stay.

The location was amazing! It was so close to everything! My room had air conditioning that worked perfectly, I found that quite useful. The shower was a good size. That also helped. I found the staff at the front desk to be helpful.

The lift was quite small. Only one person could fit.
