superb hotel experience
perfect location comfortable bed available staff
the location worked perfectly. the proximity allowed simple access to many sites. a taxi stand nearby assisted with my travels. the breakfast provided good start of day. the room had contemporary decor. the bed was comfortable. the shower delivered consistent hot water with good pressure. the provided toiletries were adequate and replenished daily. the staff was available and responsive. requests were managed quickly. the bar on the rooftop had amazing views of the city. the drinks were done professionally.
the lighting was dim, especially near the desk, making it difficult to work in the room.

amazing stay! what a find!
convenient location rooftop bar city views luggage storage
the hotel location was super convenient for exploring nearby attractions! it's seriously close to everything! i could easily walk to restaurants and various points of interest. the rooftop bar provided amazing city views. i stored my luggage easily before check-in, which really helped me to begin exploring immediately!
the elevator wasn't working upon my departure, i carried my luggage down a few flights of stairs.

the room was spacious with everything i needed! it was tastefully decorated and very quiet, i got a great night's sleep every night. the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk! they were always available and ready to assist with any questions or requests i had! the housekeeping team was also very attentive to detail.

wide selection friendly staff water policy broken elevator
The staff was awesome. They were friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. I loved that the hotel was close to the ocean and city center.
At check-in, I learned I would have to pay for water from the mini fridge after the first bottle. This policy seemed petty. The elevator broke. I had to carry my luggage down the stairs upon leaving.
