handy location and helpful staff

handy location friendly staff good food quick walk

the location was handy! it was near bus and metro connections. a quick walk to different sights. staff members were really friendly and helpful. breakfast was simple, but the food was good and there was plenty. i would book this hotel again without hesitation.

the room was quite basic. the floor was laminate, and it looked rather cheap.

the room had anti-noise systems. i could tell it was effective, as it remained very silent even with external activity. there was also a heating system in the bathroom, it worked to dry the room out quickly.

the staff helped with suggestions and directions. the reception staff arranged a taxi for us one morning to visit a monastery. this service added a lot of value to the stay.

Free coffee was available in the lobby, it was a nice touch. the hotel offers a breakfast service. Fresh warm mini nata pastries were available daily. cheese and deli meat options were present too.

poor lighting sewage smell

the bathroom felt very cramped. a magnifying mirror was absent and the poor lighting made things difficult. i also noticed a strange sewage smell near the entrance, a unfortunate first impression. breakfast was ordinary, lacking hot options.

central location friendly staff cleaning service

i found the location very central. the staff was helpful and friendly at all times. they ensured breakfast was always available with plenty of options. the cleaning was good too.

the hotel lacked soundproofing. i could hear noises from the room above and next door. it was a bit disturbing at times .
