helpful personnel fresh breakfast personal touch
The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated Inez's assistance and recommendations. The breakfast included fresh, local items, a good start to my day. Rui ensured my favorite spot was available.
I found the bed to be too firm for my liking. This impacted my sleep quality . A softer mattress option would be beneficial.

The hotel is located on a street with designer shops. It allows walking distance access to shops and restaurants. The location is perfect for exploring main attractions in the area (I enjoyed walking around!).

the room was a superior room and it had complimentary bottled water! a metro station was across the road from the hotel. an aldi store was downstairs for water and snacks.
The gym was very tiny. It had no windows

rooftop pool amazing views shopping center delicious cake
i stayed for a week and found the hotel very convenient. the location above a shopping center with an aldi was great for essentials. the rooftop pool and bar offered amazing views. receiving a delicious cake for my anniversary was a lovely personal touch.
