The staff were always polite and professional. I appreciated that. my double room included a comfortable double bed. the tv reception was 100% on all channels. It was a plus.
The room wasn't as clean as i wanted. There was dust. the age of the hotel created a musty smell. That was unfortunate. wear and tear was evident everywhere.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, so exploring the area was easy. My room was very clean. It. The staff were always available and polite when I needed anything. They were super professional.
I noticed the shower's water pressure diminished whenever other guests used water nearby. This was a minor inconvenience, I think an upgrade is needed!

the hotel location is central. It is close to the bus station. A very warm welcome from staff on arrival felt friendly. My room had everything i needed.
the towels smelled like stale smoke which was off-putting. There was a step into the room with no warning sign. I found the carpet in the bathroom was strange.

The staff are helpful. The hotel is very clean. The reception is open 24 hours. The location is central. I enjoyed staying in this central location of the town center. The hotel's easy accessibility is very helpful. The size of my room was very good. My room was clean upon arrival.
The hotel's furnishings look dated. The carpet looked old. There is no lift so I had to carry bags up the stairs.
