terrible noise insulation firm bed
The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

helpful staff relaxing space
the team provided a cute atmosphere. reception staff was helpful and friendly. our room had roller blinds and heavy curtains ensuring privacy. the hotel has a terrace and garden, offering a relaxing space outdoors.
the room i had was equipped with an ac unit, but it was broken. a fan was provided. however, it did not fully solve the issue, especially during the heat wave.

my room overlooked the sea and had three windows. these windows could open upwards a decent height. there was plenty of storage including a large mirror above a desk.

the hotel provides access to a lift, which helps with accessing the bedrooms. the hotel also has a drawing room with a grand piano. freshly carpeted stairs lead up to the bedrooms.

the staff was warm and friendly. the staff worked hard with a smile and ensured all needs were met quickly and efficiently.

double sink unit circular balcony bay view
the room had a double sink unit and a walk in wardrobe. a large circular balcony overlooked the bay. it provided views of the isle of wight and purbecks. the table and chairs on the balcony added convenience.
the shower took a very long time to warm up. it did not work properly.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection. i especially liked the freshly baked croissants. there was also a variety of fruit juices and cereals.
the tv remote in my room was missing a battery cover.
