helpful staff satisfying meals pleasant entertainment fun activity
The staff were helpful. They promptly addressed my requests. I found the meals quite satisfying, with enough variety. The evening entertainment offered a pleasant way to unwind after a day exploring the area. The daily bingo was a fun activity I enjoyed.
The lift was a little slow sometimes. This caused minor delays during peak hours.

The location was really good, right by the sea! the bright room made mornings a joy. decoration throughout the hotel felt considered and cared for. The staff were very helpful.

Excellent Seaside Stay
sea front efficient staff accessible lifts
The hotel is right on the sea front. Lifts worked well for access to different floors. I found the dining areas to be quite nice (the layout was convenient). The staff were friendly and seemed to be working efficiently across different roles.
The windows in my room only opened a tiny bit.

solid stay with a few quirks
convenient parking easy check-in generous amount
The hotel had convenient parking and easy check-in procedures. the staff were relaxed and smiley. I found them quite approachable. i especially appreciated the generous amount of tea bags and milk provided in the room, a thoughtful touch for tea drinkers.
i did notice a subtle damp smell on the floor near my room. it detracted somewhat from the overall experience. the decor showed some signs of wear and tear.
