the rooms were very small and the pillows quite hard. walls were smeared with some dirt. our bathroom sink had so much hair and limescale buildup that the sink wouldn't drain.

I appreciated the excellent location. It was an easy walk to earls court station. the staff were wonderful. i am so grateful. the room was very fresh and clean, and i especially liked the lovely shower. all round very good for a hotel with easy access.

the pillows were quite hard! the walls were smeared with some dirt, a shame. i hope they can improve this soon.
