the hotel location rocks, so close to alexanderplatz. i could walk there super fast. also, the room i got, a double room, was bigger than expected. i definitely had a lot space!

the staff at the front desk, not so friendly. they did not seem to care if i was happy or not.

The hotel is near many public transport options. tram and bus stops are really close. You do not need to walk far. alexanderplatz is within walking distance. the accessibility is amazing.

I found the beds super comfortable, with very clean pillows. fresh towels were changed daily. the buffet breakfast included a wide variety of tasty options. Everything was fresh. the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The pillows felt quite thin, giving me a neck ache . i requested an extra pillow. It was provided quickly. some loud chatting in the garden area occurred at 2 or 3 o'clock on both nights.

The room was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. I found ample storage space suitable for two people during a weekend trip. The location is convenient, offering easy access to tram lines. This made getting around simple. Staff members showed a friendly attitude .

The pillow was too soft for my personal preference.

The air conditioning barely worked and completely failed on the hottest days of my trip. It wasn't fixed either. the reception staff acted like i was a problem for even asking about it. i got moved from a superior room to a standard room without any discount because they assumed the air con wasn't working in the first room. then i found out the whole system was broken. I was stuck in a small room with fewer amenities!!!

The staff lacked in their customer service. They displayed poor manners and clearly struggled with English speakers. The hotel website advertised a 24-hour bar, but staff frequently closed it early citing being too busy. This inconsistency ruined my experience because I want a good service.

the location was okay i guess, being near public transport.

The room service was terrible. They didnt even clean my room one day. when i asked about it, the staff acted like they didn't know what i was talking about. the air conditioning barely worked and the room was too hot and stuffy. plus, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep.
