convenient location clean room helpful staff luggage storage
the location is very convenient with easy access to the u-bahn i could quickly reach alexanderplatz and other parts of the city the room was clean and quiet . i found the luggage storage very useful on my last day before heading to the airport
i noticed the absence of a mini-fridge in the room it would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks. the lack of refrigeration was a minor inconvenience

charming stay
excellent breakfast convenient location helpful reception comfortable mattress
i found the breakfast excellent with a wide array of choices the location is very convenient a short walk to the underground allowed easy access to the city centre the staff were kind making the stay pleasant the bed mattress offered great comfort ensuring a restful night
the pillows were a bit too hard for my preference but this was a minor issue

the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit pastries cereals and hot items. the variety ensured there was something for everyone though it was busy the staff kept the area well stocked the coffee machine was efficient. there was a good selection of teas too

mediocre stay with A few issues
basic furniture abysmal water pressure
The front desk service was adequately warm , i SUPPOSE.
Honestly , the standard room felt basic. The walls were bare and the furniture screamed 'budget campus housing'. Plus , the water pressure was abysmal. Showering seemed like standing under a leaky faucet. IT definitely wasn't worth the price i paid.

small room soft mattresses
the location was acceptable to me.
the room was quite small. the bathroom door would hit the bed if opened. i also found the twin beds to have very soft mattresses, and the pillows were the worst i've ever had.

a great stay!
convenient location easy connection quick metro
The location was convenient, close to many attractions. i found the metro nearby, about 400m away. alexanderplatz proved easiest for connections, only 1.3km distant. A quick 5-minute metro ride. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to everything.
The room was a bit simple for the price. the walls were just painted and the furniture was basic. it felt more like a campus dorm than a hotel room, even in the new building. I expected a bit more.

convenient location easy connections luggage storage comfortable beds
the hotel's location near the spittelmarkt u-bahn station proved very useful. quick access to alexanderplatz allowed easy connections throughout the city. i found the luggage storage convenient for my travel needs. the room provided good internet access and comfortable beds.
my room lacked a small fridge , which would have been helpful for storing drinks and leftovers.

convenient stay
great location friendly staff
I found the location great. It was easy to walk to many sights. the staff were lovely. They were very helpful and friendly when i asked questions.
i did notice there was no fridge in the room. also, i would have liked drinking water to be provided in the room.
