Surprised and Charmed with Service
tasty drinksfast service
The staff are amazing. Nathalie and Fede are really good bartenders at the nightshift Moxy bar. They offer great conversation. The drinks they craft are the most tasty. service is fast even when Moxy bar gets busy.

i received a welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch. the lobby had a cool, quirky vibe. my room was clean and modern. the windows were thick, and i did not hear any noise from the train tracks outside, which i appreciated.
i found a minor weakness in the lack of available parking.

the hotel is near a main station, specifically ostbahnhof, and it is about one stop from the city center. i found lots of things to do in all directions from the hotel. this made exploring the city easy, and i loved the location.

the lobby area is very nice, and i actually wanted to hang out there for breakfast. the breakfast had a lot of variety, and the staff kept refreshing it until the very end of service. i found this to be a big plus.

basic stay with a few issues
unstable showernoticeable noise
the shower had temperature issues. it alternated between scalding hot and cold (not ideal). the noise was noticeable. any door closing on the floor sounded like my own was about to break open. i also found a bug stuck to the shower wall. it wasn't my best stay.

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to the ostbahnhof station in minutes. the lobby was very active with a bar that was open late. i found the staff helpful. They gave me directions and recommendations for nearby attractions.
I noticed the room lacked storage space. There was no wardrobe available for clothes.

the hotel benefits from very immediate proximity to ostbahnhof station, with direct access to various sbahn and ubahn lines for quick travel around the wider city. nearby, i found several grocery stores and a pharmacy within a short walk, around 50 meters away. the east side gallery is also within walking distance.

the reception and bar remain open 24/7, providing constant service and a relaxed atmosphere. i appreciated the availability of snacks and coffee in the communal space at any time. buffet breakfast includes a selection of bread, pastries, meats, salads, fruits, and coffee.
