The location was DEFINITELY convenient. Transport links were close by. The supermarket made getting supplies easy. Staff members were helpful.

The air conditioning did not work well. This made it hard to sleep. Street noise was present. No kettle was available in the room.

the location is really good. a supermarket is just opposite the hotel. the staff are helpful. room was very clean and cozy, a SUPER comfy bed.

the sheets were very worn, and the room although a double was very small.

i loved the location! it was super close to public transport for easy travel. the breakfast options were great and they had everything i needed. i really appreciated the availability of breakfast each morning.

the ac didn't work because it was below a certain temperature. there weren't any wash clothes provided in the shower, a bit annoying. i also noticed the hotel advertises an iron and board, but i didn't find one in the room.

I appreciated the excellent location. It was steps away from the subway station. Restaurants and shops were also very close. The staff was helpful with early check-in and late check-out. I enjoyed the drinks and snacks available near reception.
