the breakfast was amazing!!! it offered a lot of variety. the location is convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and transport stations nearby. my room was spacious and well-equipped.

the reception staff seemed unmotivated, i felt. the room temperature was too high upon arrival at 28.5 c. i found no hotel directory in the room, which i needed.

i found a couple of things lacking . firstly, the blanket in the room didn't appear very clean. it certainly wasn't presented well. secondly, the receptionist seemed impersonal. staff rarely acknowledged guests entering the hotel. it felt unwelcoming.

A Nice Stay!

The location was superb with quick access to various transit options. I found a supermarket and diverse restaurants close by! Our room presented well with wooden flooring. A kettle with tea and coffee was also in the room.

The air conditioning seemed a bit lacking.

adequate stay with a few letdowns

faulty air conditioningnoticeable street noise

the room i stayed in had some issues. the air conditioning did not work properly. it struggled to cool the room. also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable (even with the windows closed), disrupting sleep. these factors detracted from what could have been a more restful experience.
