Really good Amenities and Fun Atmosphere

modern gym colorful decor birthday surprise
The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel decor was colorful. I was also surprised with gifts and a cake in my room for my birthday. The handwritten card added a personal touch. I found the superb breakfast to be a good addition.

poor service odd bathroom
The bathroom setup was odd.. the separation of the areas felt poorly planned in both the regular room and the junior suite after we got an upgrade. also, i thought the service could be better. it wasn't terrible, just not as polished as i expect from a place like this. the staff wasn't rude, but didn't really go the extra mile. They seemed a bit disinterested and slow to respond to requests.

faulty door unprofessional conduct
The hotel features lovely interior design and is close to Uber Arena (matches the concert vibe!).
I was disappointed because someone entered my room and stole my laptops. The room door did not close properly. The hotel stopped responding to messages and provided no clarification.

The hotel provided great attention to detail and i found the personnel nice, always attentive. My room was spacious with lovely decorations, a minibar, water, and coffee and tea. Nice amenities were available. The location allows walking distance from the East Side Gallery and the Uber Arena.
The elevators were quite slow. This resulted in long wait times, despite the hotel having five elevators.

vibrant stay

spacious room convenient sockets strong wifi
the room i booked was spacious and super clean. sockets were conveniently placed on both sides of the enormous bed. the tv was easy to sync with my phone to play music. strong wifi was available throughout the hotel.
the water cost four eur. i also was like they tried too hard with the design

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

worn fixture persistent request
The bathroom fixtures showed considerable wear , particularly the shower , which leaked extensively from the fittings. Adjusting the water temperature required caution to avoid scalding water from both the showerhead and taps. Also , I was persistently asked to forgo room cleaning for a complimentary drink , even on the day before my departure , despite previously declining.
