surprisingly charming stay

spacious room modern bathroom

The room was spacious , with a modern bathroom. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary mini bar . It was regularly restocked. the included beer was a nice touch , and i found the location convenient to municipal transport.

the central heat was too hot. i had to open the windows every night , even during the cold weather. this affected my sleep quality , and i hope they address it.

the staff was friendly and helpful , especially at the reception. they assisted with directions and provided prompt service. the multi-lingual staff made communication easy , and the overall service was attentive.

the breakfast provided a diverse selection of foods. the location was easily accessible from the airport (this made arrival simple). the staff were friendly and helpful .

the location provided easy access to public transport and the surrounding area felt peaceful. the room included a complimentary mini bar stocked with various beverages. i found the breakfast selection excellent with many fresh items offered daily.

i noticed a slight delay in the elevator service during peak hours

hit or miss stay

nonfunctional safe overheated building

the breakfast was acceptable and had lots of options.

the safe didn't work. i needed it especially being arrive on a friday and they say it wouldn't be fixed until monday. they offered to change me to another room, but i couldn't since i was traveling with my older mother, she was in the suite in front of mine. the central heat was too hot. we had to open the windows every night.

i was quite disappointed. my room wasn't properly cleaned. i noticed the sheets had some stains, and there was dust in the corners of the room. the minibar wasn't refilled daily either, a detail i expected to be consistent.
