mixed experience AT the hotel
convenient locationpoor cleanlinessvending machine malfunction
the location proved convenient as it was near the train station.
Cleanliness WAS an issue. I found hairs in the bathroom AND damaged fixtures. the vending machine ALSO malfunctioned, dispensing only one water before failing completely.

nice staffeasy transportsmall roomcold air
the staff members seemed really nice. the location is right across the street from ostbahnhof, i found it very easy to travel around. east side gallery is also just on the other side.
the room felt quite small. i had little space to open my suitcases. it got cold at night in the room, the air conditioner didn't blow hot air when i tried to heat it.
