“I found the location quite appealing, with the metro only a few minutes away and a comfortable walk to the Jewish Museum and Checkpoint Charlie. The staff struck me as genuinely friendly and helpful, and the lounge area, complete with a bar serving drinks and food, seemed a great place to unwind. I found the location quite convenient, close to the U-Bahn station. The staff were always helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a 24-hour reception (very helpful for late arrivals).
Soundproofing could be improved. Hallway noise was noticeable at times.
