i found the staff very friendly and helpful.. they assisted with directions and provided recommendations. my room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay during my short trip. the hotel's proximity to public transportation made it easy to explore the city. the breakfast had good coffee.
i noticed the room lacked air conditioning, made the stay slightly uncomfortable due to warmer weather.

the check-in staff greeted me wonderfully! the suite i got felt spacious and good. the staff seemed cheerful and very helpful! the hotel felt beautiful and secure, though i wish it was a little less secure.
the room i booked did not exactly match the pictures online. but that hardly dampened my spirits.

The location is fantastic. It is easy to get to Savigny Platz from the airport using the S9 train. Mrs Soe checked us in, and she was polite and helpful (especially when we needed directions). The breakfast had great abundance.
I wish there was a way to reserve parking ahead of time. The hotel advertises private parking, but this is not possible.
