The location was good. The rooms had a good size. The bar lounge area was wonderful! we used it daily for our family of five to meet up and relax in.

The staff were unhelpful. and not cute, i had to repeatedly ask for basic assistance, including help with my luggage. breakfast service was slow. I waited over 40 minutes for a latte. the order was incorrect, and i ultimately had to speak to the barista and pick it up myself.
