I really liked the cleanliness of the room. The room included daily changes of towels and sheets. The location near the tram was quite useful. The staff was pleasant. They remained open 24 hours.

The hotel room felt too warm for me. The room also lacked proper temperature controls. This lack made it hard to get comfortable.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to a tram station. Access to Alexanderplatz is fast thanks to the efficient public transport links nearby. Markets and snack bars are in the immediate surroundings.
