convenient location public transport wide selection
I found the location quite convenient. It allowed me to easily explore the area. i especially appreciated the close proximity to public transport links. the included breakfast had a wide selection, it really set me up for the day.
The elevator was a bit slow. During peak times, it could get quite crowded.

the front desk offered quick assistance with directions, that saved me a lot of time. staff efficiently handled my check-in process, it took less than five minutes. overall the service was polite and attentive.

the room was spacious, and it had comfortable beds. there were plenty of towels available in the bathroom. 24/7 service provided a sense of safety and ease. my children enjoyed their first hotel stay here .
i noticed the communal kitchen was often locked, limiting access . this was a small inconvenience.

Practical Stay Near Transportation
convenient location simple breakfast pancake maker
I found the location convenient since I needed parking outside the city center. It took about ten minutes to walk to the tram. This made getting to Alexanderplatz within thirty minutes quite simple. Breakfast offered basic choices, but it suited the price. My kids appreciated the pancake maker.
The provided coffee needed improvement. A better option would have been welcome.

helpful staff comfortable bed great shower
the staff were lovely and very helpful, they stored our luggage before check-in so we could explore. the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great plus the room size was bigger than i expected. the ground floor had a 24/7 bar, a pool table, games, a tv, seating, vending machines, and a concert area.
i visited during the summer, and my top-floor room was quite hot. however, the provision of a fan was very appreciated.
