limited cleaning service inconvenient microwave
The room was spacious and maintained a great temperature, a quiet respite despite its central location.
The absence of daily room cleaning was a letdown. For a hotel advertising itself as four stars, this felt quite limited. No one emptied bins or tidied the bathroom .. the microvave was located far from my 5th floor room, a nuisance to heat up any drinks or food. A more convenient arrangement would improve the experience..

the room was large (i was like royalty). the bed was comfortable and modern furniture was very nice.
i wish the hotel provided more coffee capsules, as three capsules for a three-day stay felt insufficient. a small inconvenience!

super location and modern rooms
cleanliness excellent location large tv
i loved the automated hotel concept and how clean the room was. the location was excellent and central to many attractions. the tv in the room was huge, about 65 inches, made for a fun movie night.
The breakfast satiety was insufficient. I needed a larger breakfast to start my day feeling satisfied and energized for exploring.

The room included a tea and coffee machine for convenience. Fresh towels were easily accessible upon request. the bed was very comfortable and provided excellent support. i found the cleanliness really good.

Checking in and out was smooth. The whatsapp line provided quick help when i had questions. i was allowed to leave my bags before check in and after check out, that was so convenient. early check in was granted because my room was available early.

The hotel provided ample shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, handwash, and hand lotion. luggage storage was available before and after check out. That helped me a lot. i appreciated the roof terrace with its views.

The location is great. I found it convenient for exploring the city with many nearby cafés and restaurants. it's only a short walk to hakescher market with its great food and live music. alexanderplatz is also within walking distance.

The location proves convenient. It is close to several transport options. The room itself was spacious. I found the bed quite comfortable.
I found the self-service concept impersonal. There was no reception desk. The communication was solely via WhatsApp. I missed a friendly atmosphere.

The room included a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a fridge. Its proximity to public transport was very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable (it made sleeping a real pleasure).
I received only three coffee capsules for a three-day stay.

The location is indeed central.. everything felt accessible. The room was clean and quiet. it had all the announced equipment. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having access to the terrace on the 6th floor.
There was no real reception room. It was just a table in a room with some sofas. It felt impersonal.

The room included a refrigerator, as well as coffee and tea makers, all provided with supplies. It was spacious, very quiet, and very clean. I found fluffy towels and a roomy shower.
