helpful staffamazing bathroomprovided towelair conditioning
the staff were very helpful . i had a room with a bathroom and it was amazing. there was plenty of space to shower and get dressed there were towels and hair, body, and face wash provided in the bathroom.
the lack of air conditioning made the room very hot. i found it hard to sleep well because of the temperature. street noise was also noticeable with the window open.

my quad room was well thought out it included a mirror table and several bench seats. the room was also very clean upon arrival and adequately maintained throughout my stay. the mattresses felt ok.

the hotel is near many stores restaurants and cafes. i easily accessed the metro system for efficient transportation. a supermarket close to the hotel offered additional convenience.

breakfast was included and it saved money and allowed for a bit of extra spending on dinner. the hotel provides a nice room behind the reception where guests can eat or relax. this area offers space to work or socialize.

the location is excellent, situated directly in front of a subway station (very convenient for getting around). i found the room to be quite clean, with a tidy bathroom. the staff was friendly, especially marta at reception (she was always smiling!).
