The location is close to public transport. I could leave my bags after check out since my flight was later (very convenient). The staff members were nice (very helpful).

The gym was quite small. There was barely enough space for two people.

the location was excellent it allowed for easy access to public transport i liked that the staff were helpful at all times the car parking was convenient under the building too. the breakfast was tasty i enjoyed that the rooms had reasonable quality i thought the location was in a quiet area. the check-in was convenient my dog had her own bed and bowls in the room the hotel prepared a welcome gift with snacks and a toy for her

there was a smell in the wc i did notice the heating was off during the night i think there was no room service and you have to ask when you need it. the pillows were some of the worst i've ever encountered it was a giant square flat thing the bathroom and room in general could have been cleaner. the ac was not working i noticed issues with the electricity it was addressed quickly i was not expecting two issues in the same room on a 3-night stay
