Hill House is often described as a fabulous and comfortable place to stay, with guests finding the rooms spacious and well-appointed. Many appreciate the convenient location, mentioning it's within walking distance of the city centre, near the Royal Crescent and the Assembly Rooms, and easily accessible by bus. Charming Belvedere Room Experience!

large roomcomfortable bedbeautiful fittingsparking options
The Belvedere room was magnificently presented and very large. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the beautiful fittings and everything I could want. Great price!
Parking was a bit tricky. I wish there were more options available directly at the hotel, but the website info helped.
Location
9/10
The location is uphill from the town centre! a tap and pay bus stops steps away from the hotel. A wine shop is located one and a half blocks downhill and one block to the right. This is very convenient.
Service
10/10
Communication was done via messages. The staff responded quickly. Alex was very helpful, particularly with the parking permit. I managed to find parking on the street. The permit purchase was easy.
Dining
8/10
Tea and biscuits were available. I appreciated the gesture. Long-life milk was available. Fresh milk would be better.
Facilities
9/10
The room has nice artwork and decorative appointments. The room was super clean and cozy. Nothing disappointed. A heater and air conditioning machine are available.

impersonal communication systemthin walls
the 'one-bedroom apartment' i booked seemed a bit pricey for what it was, though. the automated communication system felt impersonal, it was as if they couldn't be bothered with actual human interaction. also, the thin walls meant i could hear every little sound from the street below, and that loose drain cover was a symphony all night long!

the room had a very aesthetic decor. the location was great. key code entry really made life simpler i thought.
the shower did not let me to regulate it, i noticed it was either cold or burning hot. during the day it gets noisy here because the house is located in a busy corner. the communication felt automated, it was quite poor.
