The breakfast basket was a delight. the room included a nice selection of tea and coffee. i found a mini fridge very helpful for storing my own supplies. a fan in the room was a good move. It kept the room comfortable.
the staff greeting me upon arrival wasn't particularly friendly. i also didn't see anyone else except for the cleaner as i left my key the next morning.

i found the staff helpful, even providing breakfast early so i could get to my meeting. i particularly appreciated the very comfortable room and the excellent shower. the fan was a nice touch, it really helped with the summer heat!
the noise from the car park opposite was noticeable, especially after hours. bin lorries leaving the depot in the morning added to it, though this is beyond the hotel's control.

the continental breakfast basket was a fabulous idea, especially the presentation.
The room smelled weird and the carpet needs replacing. I would have assumed they would clean the carpets. next to the road, i heard noise all night long. the room needs some soundproofing.

the room had a space for coats and wet boots before the main area. i chose the standard breakfast (i love breakfast). it came in a picnic hamper with everything needed and was really substantial.
the bathroom lighting did not work properly. the washbasin plug also did not fit (it was a bit annoying).
