The Speech House has modern rooms in the courtyard next to the main building, each with a TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. Options include rooms with a standard double bed, two single beds with a walk-in shower room, or a combination of one double and two single beds with a shower room. Dog-friendly rooms feature a king-size four-poster bed, a seating area with a TV, and a bathroom with double vanity units and showers over deep baths. Rooms in the main hotel have antique seven-foot-wide, high beds, period-style decor, a seating area, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Some rooms have king-size beds, and some include a separate sitting area with a sofa bed. The first-floor room features a seven-foot four-poster bed, a large bay window, and a dressing room. All rooms have heating and free toiletries. Some rooms have garden furniture, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a carpeted floor. Please note that some rooms are accessed by stairs.

The Speech House offers dining options from relaxed meals in the Hunters bar or Orangery to fine dining in the Verderers' Restaurant.
