I got a microwave and fridge in the room which was useful.

The bathroom light flickered all night it was really annoying. A cleaner walked right into our room without knocking while we were asleep I was furious. I would expect more privacy.

The staff clearly lacked training. there was NO smiling or greeting upon my arrival. it was like i was an inconvenience. the hotel looks TIRED. The walls and carpets need work. There wasn't a proper reception area. JUST awful

i found everything clean. the staff were very nice and helpful! my room had a fridge, glasses, a microwave, and a really good size bathroom. the location is city center, and this detail was ideal for my needs!

The on-site parking was quite difficult to find. It is down a very narrow lane at the back.

The member of staff who signed me in was friendly and helpful. he found me an alternative room on the ground floor when i mentioned the stairs were challenging. the shower worked well and plenty of white towels were available. A microwave and kettle with coffee, tea, and biscuits were present. i extended my stay because it was chilled and comfortable.

the plates and cutlery provided weren't properly cleaned. i used my own fork instead. you can hear everything in the corridor and reception, my room was next to the entrance.
