small windows broken hairdryer
the location was good and close to many attractions, acceptable.
The room had very small windows overlooking a wall. It was not a nice view. the heater turned on in the middle of the night. It was like a sauna, so i had to open the windows. the hairdryer also broke after only one minute of use. It was very frustrating!!!

The staff was super helpful. I booked a room with a free spa visit. That was a definite plus! I liked the good location near the city center. The market opposite is worth a visit. The room was comfortable too. It had everything needed in the kitchen for our stay.
The hot water mix in the bathroom was poor. This resulted in an unstable water mix that can burn your skin.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed the super central location. It was so convenient to everything! The staff was lovely and very helpful. I loved that I could use WhatsApp to contact reception with questions or requests. The hotel decor was also fantastic, and the spa offered an amazing massage from Roberta!!!
I found the hot water mix in the bathroom to be inconsistent. It resulted in an unstable water flow. This could potentially burn the skin. I think this needs to be addressed for better user experience.

The location is central. I could reach many sights by foot. The staff was helpful. They managed check-in quickly. The room was spacious (I was in a standard suite).
The spa was not available. It was closed . I heard hammering in the afternoons. The lighting in the room was not great.

The room had a lot of space. It was very quiet. The staff was friendly. The location is central, very close to the market.
