excellent hotel stay

I found the staff to be attentive to every detail. my morning coffee order was remembered without prompting on the second day, which i found excellent. the minibar contents were complimentary. This was a nice touch. the location was central, yet the street was quiet. parking availability next door simplified arrival and departure logistics..
the lighting in my room was not ideal. an uplighter was difficult to switch off completely. the wardrobe space was limited, particularly for a longer stay, and i could have used more hangers.

the room included a pillow menu, offering several choices. there were sweets provided daily in a glass jar, a nice addition. the room was very clean and modern with a thoughtful design, offering plenty of comfort.

staff members assisted with retrieving and parking the car. they also took care of loading luggage upon departure. the staff mailed passports left behind.. this shows an really good level of care and responsibility.

The staff provided friendly service. They were always ready to help. The location was ideal. It was near many main attractions. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods.
The pool was quite small. It felt more like a fountain. The room lacked sufficient lighting. I found the storage space inadequate. There was only a single wardrobe.

this hotel looks fancy but lacks some practical things. the room had barely any place for my stuff, just a single chair so it was not convenient. the bathtub was also pretty slippery making showers dangerous. i had to keep the curtains closed all the time because people kept walking past the bathroom and bedroom windows. it seemed like staying in a dark garage, which wasn't very cute or warm.

the location was superb. it was a quick walk to the main square and cathedral, i loved that. breakfast included delicious choices and an easy to read menu. my room felt large and very well stocked, such a nice touch!
