the staff provided helpful assistance throughout my visit. i found the room quite clean and spacious. airport transportation was a convenient service.

The air conditioning did not work effectively. It barely cooled the room. the shower holder was broken. the general maintenance seemed lacking. The lift rattled.

The breakfast had a decent variety of food. The hotel offered an early, short breakfast at 4:00 a.m. for my early flight (a very welcomed touch). My room featured very clean facilities. I also found the staff friendly and helpful.

The car park had an odd smell and the access to it was not clear at first.

The room was spacious. I found the polite and caring staff to be a treasure. good breakfast choices made mornings a joy. the convenient location near the airport really eased travel stress.

cleanliness standard helpful staff nice pool

I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. The front desk staff helped me get a taxi early for my 6am flight since the shuttle didn't start until then. I enjoyed the nice pool area a lot too.

The front desk staff were wonderfully helpful. They assisted me with directions and local information. My room had comfortable beds. This ensured I had a restful night before my early flight. I appreciated the efficient shuttle service to the airport. It was punctual. The hotel offered complimentary toiletries. I found this very convenient.

The hallway carpets showed slight signs of wear. This was a minor detail.
