The front desk staff was helpful. I consider that acceptable.

My room's air conditioning was not effective at all. I told them about it, but it was still too hot. The noise from other rooms was a major problem. Thin walls did nothing to block sounds.

The front desk staff were wonderfully helpful. They assisted me with directions and local information. My room had comfortable beds. This ensured I had a restful night before my early flight. I appreciated the efficient shuttle service to the airport. It was punctual. The hotel offered complimentary toiletries. I found this very convenient.

The hallway carpets showed slight signs of wear. This was a minor detail.

The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of items. It included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The coffee machine provided several options. It included espresso and cappuccino, so I could enjoy my favourite drink. The dining area remained clean. I found it very pleasant.
