Really good Stay Experience

I appreciated the friendly check-in process, complete with helpful instructions. I really loved choosing my breakfast options each morning. The bed in the room was comfortable. I enjoyed the spacious lounge area, especially since my family was travelling together.

The bathroom window was jammed shut. I told the host about it during a previous stay a week before, but it still did not work this time.

Charmed by Cleanliness and Great Breakfast

Access to the M6 was very handy. The room were a good size. Internet access was reliable. I find the parking very useful. I was very charmed with these features.

The bathroom water was only warm. It was not hot enough to enjoy a good shower. I felt a little inconvenienced by this. A hotter water temperature would greatly improve the experience.

The location provides quick access to the M6 motorway, very useful for travelers on the move. Its location offer quick access and also maintains a quiet environment for a good night's sleep. It was a great thing.

the breakfast was well organized and served in a pleasant dining area. i had cereal, juice, yogurt, tea, toast and a lovely cooked breakfast. tea, coffee etc and a kettle was in the bedroom. a hairdryer was available too.

the bed was too small for two people, and the mattress was very soft. the duvet was thin and too small for the bed, so it was inadequate. i had to cover myself with bath towels to keep warm.
