Fantastic Stay Near the Action!

The location is VERY convenient. Supermarkets are just around the corner. The staff was nice, always ready to help. The room was indeed spacious, especially considering the price. I found it clean, a BIG plus for me.

The room I had was a bit small, but honestly, it wasn't a HUGE deal.

The staff were friendly and cute. They made check-in easy even when I arrived late. The team was always ready to answer questions and offer assistance, a VERY helpful attitude. Their service was prompt and efficient.

While I didn't have extensive dining experiences at the hotel, there were supermarkets nearby. This made it easy to grab snacks and drinks. Several restaurants were also within walking distance.

The hotel's location is a HUGE advantage. It is very close to the station. The main attractions were accessible by foot, a HUGE benefit for sightseeing. The city center and university were also within easy reach.

I found the location excellent, just a short walk from the train station. The room included a microwave, a kettle, and a sink, which i appreciated. The staff was very friendly. Check-in was EASY.

the pillows provided little support, which caused some slight discomfort.

The room was bigger than expected, A real bonus. It provided ample space for a single traveler. Cleanliness was maintained at a VERY high standard .

The location was certainly good. It was right next to the parking and city center. The beds felt comfy and the shower was nice. It had hot water.

The room was small as a double. The bathroom was also small. The hangers totaled only about eight. I think the room needs an overhaul if it cost £85 for one night.

The room was clean and spacious. It was also very well equipped. i appreciated the fresh milk provided for morning tea. the ncp car park was conveniently near. It cost £6 for 24 hours.

the location was good being close to both cathedrals. it was about a 15 mins walk from the city centre. friendly staff.

the spoon provided for tea was not clean. it was not changed . the room was cold. the heating was off overnight. so it was very cold during the night and in the morning.
