limited selection faulty outlets

The breakfast was not great. i went down expecting a decent spread, but the selection was really limited. there wasn't much variety in the bread, and they only offered uht milk, which i found disappointing. I expect fresh milk. also, the electrical outlets in my room seemed a bit faulty! and the bathroom light was far too dim, it was hard to see anything properly.

this hotel is in a good spot. the room was very clean with a comfy bed. the mattress, quilt and pillows were really good, it gave me the best night's sleep in ages!!!

the room was spacious and well-appointed. i found coffee and tea provisions readily available. the provided shower gel, shampoo, and moisturizer were a pleasant touch. the bed was comfortable, and the towels were notably soft.

i noticed some wallpaper was peeling, potentially revealing mold beneath (it was a very minor issue, though).

the location was excellent for my needs. parking on the street was easy. the room had all the facilities needed for a comfortable overnight stay. i found self check in very simple.

the building looked a little more dated than shown in photos, so I had different expectations.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

uncomfortable mattress blocked sink

The room was spacious enough and had what i needed for the night.

The mattress really wasn't comfortable. The bathroom sink was blocked. I never saw anyone at the 'desk' in the lobby. The hotel seemed unmanned, so I had to phone the owner and wait for assistance.
