the spacious bedroom was a big plus. i found a very nice, clean en suite. staff was lovely, and vinny especially was very helpful making my stay easy.

the heating was switched on outside the room so i had a cold first night.

the rooms were spacious and tidy. the bathroom featured both a bath and a shower unit. the room included nice towels as well as plenty of tea coffee and milk.

I discovered a number of issues . The room was uncomfortably cold. i informed staff, however, the temperature remained low until i checked out the next day.

The staff was friendly upon my arrival and helpful throughout my stay. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the bar staff. They were lovely during the event held downstairs. the staffs are very cute!

The room was large and clean. The shower was great. the bed was really comfortable. i loved the quiet neighbourhood too. the staff were helpful . They ensured everything was perfect.

The bar door sometimes closed early. i used the fire escape stairs at night because of this. the stairs were steep. You need flat shoes to climb.
